What are the UK shipping costs?

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £2.95 + VAT for the first item, plus £0.70 + VAT per additional item (maximum £8 + VAT). Tracked service with estimated delivery in 2–3 working days from dispatch.

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £3.50 + VAT for the first item, plus £0.70 + VAT per additional item (maximum £9 + VAT). Tracked service with estimated delivery in 1–2 working days from dispatch.

What are the European shipping costs?

Royal Mail European Tracked: £7.95 + VAT for the first item, plus £1 + VAT per additional item. Tracked service with estimated delivery in 3–5 working days from dispatch.

What are the Rest of World shipping costs?

Royal Mail International Tracked: £9.30 + VAT for the first item, plus £2 + VAT per additional item. Tracked service with estimated delivery in 5–7 working days from dispatch.

How do you calculate shipping for multiple items?

We charge a small additional premium for each extra item of £0.70.

For example, an order going to the UK with 2 items would be £2.95 + £0.70.

Am I responsible for customs fees?

Customs fees are taxes sometimes applied to shipments as they pass over a country’s border.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees that a parcel may incur when it reaches its destination country.

How do I track my order?

When an order is placed, it is dispatched using Royal Mail.

All parcels fulfilled by our partner within the UK can be fully tracked, providing updates from the parcel leaving our warehouse to arriving with you.

What are the estimated delivery timescales?

• UK: 1 to 3 working days

• EU: 5 to 7 working days

• Rest of the world: 7 to 14 working days

These dates are provided as an estimate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please allow a few extra days during peak periods such as bank holidays and the festive season.

How does international tracking work?

For tracked international orders, once your item has left the UK, Royal Mail hands it over to the relevant country’s postal authority.

They deliver it on Royal Mail's behalf and provide tracking updates.

For some destinations, you may be able to see more detailed tracking on that postal authority’s website, including Australia Post, La Poste (France), Deutsche Post (Germany), An Post (Ireland), Correos (Spain), and USPS (United States).

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

We ask you to wait 10 working days for UK orders or 30 working days for international orders before contacting us.

Royal Mail will declare a parcel as lost if it is not delivered within these timeframes.

Once a parcel is declared as lost, we will work with you to offer a replacement or a refund.

Lost parcels must be reported within 60 days of dispatch to qualify for a replacement.
