🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Shipping Commitment

All products are made to order using print-on-demand production methods. Items are produced only after an order is placed, helping reduce unnecessary inventory and overproduction.

This production approach supports more responsible manufacturing practices while ensuring each item is created specifically for you after purchase.

Packaging and fulfilment methods may vary depending on the production partner and delivery destination.

1. Production & Dispatch (Handling Time)

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within:

2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email including tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are provided for guidance only.

Region Estimated Delivery Time Total Estimated Time (Order → Delivery)
🇬🇧 United Kingdom 1–8 working days 3–13 working days
🇪🇺 Europe 3–10 working days 5–15 working days
🌍 Rest of World 5–15 working days 7–20 working days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, courier disruptions, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and delivery method selected.

Typical starting rates:

  • United Kingdom: from £3.54

  • Europe: from £9.54

  • International: from £11.16

The final shipping cost is always shown before payment confirmation.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped using reliable tracked postal services.

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A link to monitor delivery progress

International deliveries may be handled by your local postal authority after leaving the United Kingdom.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom:

  • Import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees may apply depending on local regulations.
  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total.
  • The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees.
  • For EU destinations, orders valued under €150 are typically delivered without additional customs duties under current EU import regulations; however, final charges remain subject to local customs authorities.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are treated as failed deliveries, and original shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Original shipping fees are non-refundable if delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Parcel refusal by the recipient

  • Failure to collect the parcel from the carrier

7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes:

  • UK orders: please allow 10 working days from dispatch

  • International orders: please allow 30 working days from dispatch

After these periods, contact us at:

📧 support@comfyelegance.com

Lost parcel claims must be reported within 30 days of dispatch.

Once confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund.

8. Delivery Transparency Notice

Because our products are produced on demand and fulfilled through multiple certified production partners, delivery times may vary slightly depending on product type, production queue, and destination logistics.

We always publish delivery estimates designed to reflect realistic timelines rather than optimistic promises.

9. Sustainability & Packaging 🌱

Orders are produced on demand and shipped using sustainable, eco-friendly packaging. Our fulfilment partners use plastic-free and biodegradable materials, including paper-based mailers or recyclable cardboard packaging where applicable.

For EU destinations, orders valued under €150 are typically delivered without additional customs duties under current EU import regulations; however, final charges remain subject to local customs authorities.
