💠General Collections (All Products Except Brands Outlet)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
UK delivery time: 3–7 business days.
International delivery times may vary depending on customs.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or customs.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, shipping fees are non-refundable.

💠Brands Outlet — Special Conditions

All items in this section are shipped directly from European partner warehouses.
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Delivery time: 2–5 business days within UK/EU.
Shipping fees are always paid by the customer.
No Cash on Delivery (COD).
For non-EU shipments: Please refer to our detailed "Customs Duties, Taxes, and UK VAT" section below for information on import responsibilities.

In rare cases, items may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, the item will be cancelled and refunded according to our refund procedure.

💠Customs Duties, Taxes, and UK VAT

🔸About Order Fulfillment

Comfy Elegance Ltd partners with a global network of warehouses and international suppliers to process and ship orders efficiently. Depending on product availability and destination, your order may be fulfilled from outside the United Kingdom.

This international fulfilment model may result in customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.

🔸Customs Duties and Import Taxes – General Information (All International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the full responsibility of the customer.

Comfy Elegance Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance, as customs regulations and thresholds vary by country.

🔸Customers are strongly advised to:

Contact their local customs office for current import rules and duty thresholds before ordering.
Understand that any additional charges, inspections, or delays are beyond our control.

🔸If a Package Is Refused or Returned Due to Unpaid Duties:

If customs fees are unpaid, causing the shipment to be seized, delayed, destroyed, or returned, Comfy Elegance Ltd:

Will not issue refunds for the product or original shipping fees.
Reserves the right to deduct return charges and any applicable restocking fees from any refund, if approved.
May require the customer to pay additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.

🔸For UK Customers

As a UK-registered company, we comply with the post-Brexit VAT and customs framework under HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

Orders valued at £135 or less: The checkout price includes UK VAT (20%), which we are legally required to collect and remit to HMRC. You will not be charged VAT again upon delivery.
Orders valued over £135: Prices displayed exclude UK VAT. The customer is responsible for paying import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees directly to the carrier or customs authority before delivery. The courier will contact you for payment to release your parcel.

All goods imported into the UK require a customs declaration, and Comfy Elegance Ltd ensures that every shipment includes the required documentation and EORI reference.

🔸For EU Customers

Following the UK’s exit from the EU, orders shipped from our non-EU fulfilment centres into EU member states may be subject to VAT and/or customs duties based on the declared value and product category. These charges are determined by the importing country’s customs office and remain payable by the recipient. Comfy Elegance Ltd does not collect or remit EU VAT on behalf of customers at this time.

🔸For International Customers (Outside the UK and EU)

Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and EU are also subject to local import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by each country’s customs authority. Comfy Elegance Ltd does not collect these charges and is not liable for any costs, penalties, or delivery delays resulting from unpaid import obligations.

🔸Important Customer Notice

The customer is solely responsible for understanding and paying all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs laws differ by country and may change without notice.

We recommend using a landed-cost calculator or consulting your local customs office to estimate potential charges before ordering.
